Are you a born organizer who effortlessly takes the lead during events? Do you want to work in a unique location in the heart of nature, where no day is the same? As an Event Director at InnStyle, you are the operational hub during our corporate events and sports or (re)creative programs.
InnStyle is the premier event location at the Maarsseveense Plassen, surrounded by water, beach, and greenery, just a stone's throw from Utrecht and Amsterdam. Our versatile venue offers space for conferences, corporate festivals, product launches, and more. Together with a team of passionate colleagues, we create unforgettable events.
As an Event Director, you ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event. You are the point of contact for clients, suppliers, and colleagues, always keeping an overview, whether it's a conference or a large-scale team-building event.
What are you going to do:
- The operational execution of corporate events and team-building activities, based on scripts prepared by the Event Advisor.
- Directing hospitality staff, sports instructors, and suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- The point of contact for clients and guests during the event.
- Coordinating and bringing together different departments, such as Event Management, Facilities, and Event Consulting, to ensure optimal execution.
- Resolving unexpected situations with a smile and ensuring a 9+ for the customer.
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced professional with an energetic and practical attitude, who recognizes themselves in the following:
- 1-3 years of work experience in a similar operational role within the events industry, hospitality, F&B, or hotel management.
- Sporty, energetic, and a true go-getter with a hands-on mentality.
- A team player, stress-resistant, precise, and a natural leader with an eye for detail.
- Customer- and guest-oriented, communicatively strong and professional, with a natural ability to offer customers and guests a warm welcome and build relationships that lead to returning loyal customers.
- Flexibly deployable and willing to work at irregular hours, including weekends.

- A base salary commensurate with your experience (€ 2,400 to € 3,200 gross per month, in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Day Recreation).
